SAN JOSE, CA, 29TH APRIL , 2025-Cisco and ServiceNow have announced a strategic partnership aimed at accelerating secure AI adoption across global enterprises.

The collaboration brings together Cisco’s network and security infrastructure with ServiceNow’s AI-driven workflow automation platform, creating an integrated solution for deploying AI at scale.

The new partnership focuses on embedding ServiceNow’s capabilities into Cisco’s solutions, including Cisco Networking Cloud and Cisco ThousandEyes, enabling companies to monitor digital experiences and automate issue resolution.

At the core of the alliance is a joint effort to simplify complex enterprise environments and boost operational efficiency as businesses race to adopt AI technologies.
