CrowdStrike Unveils Agentic AI Innovations for Next-Gen SOC
AUSTIN, TX & SAN FRANCISCO , CA, 28TH APRIL, 2025 – CrowdStrike at the 2025 RSA Conference announced further strides in cybersecurity with the introduction of Charlotte AI Agentic Response and Charlotte AI Agentic Workflows.
These innovations ring in a revolution for Security Operations Centers from traditional copilot AI all the way through to independent, AI native operations.
Charlotte AI working on the CrowdStrike Falcon platform is defined by the traits of working autonomously to reason and act on first and third-party data, without any manual human intervention in that reasoning and action, which is transformative in nature to the SOC environment.
Introducing Charlotte AI with Falcon Complete Next Gen MDR services puts in place a strong feedback loop between human experts and intelligent automation for the betterment of detection and response.
Among the new capabilities are Charlotte AI Agentic Response, which automates complicated investigative tasks, relieving analysts of hours per week, and Charlotte AI Agentic Workflows, which deliver seamless AI integration into Falcon Fusion SOAR playbooks for ongoing decision-making.
Together, these enhancements improve security teams’ abilities to quickly assess threats, containment measures, and clear communication across global teams.
CrowdStrike has also expanded its platform with the Falcon for XIoT ExPRT.AI to secure operational technology and IoT systems, and CrowdStrike Pulse Services were introduced to enable organizations to operationalize agentic AI quickly and effectively.
“Our agentic AI innovation fundamentally shifts cybersecurity from reactive to proactive,”
George Kurtz, chief executive officer of CrowdStrike, said.
“Charlotte AI actively investigates, reasons, and responds within expert-defined guardrails, which is transformational to how enterprises defend against modern threats.”
