Finnomena Partners with Google Cloud to Transform AI Financial Services

Now, with Google Cloud’s AI tools, Finnomena has created a smart system that can do much of this work automatically. The AI reads emails from partners, picks out the important bits, and sends summaries to Finnomena’s team. This means they can share urgent news about things like fee changes or fund updates with investors much faster than before.

The AI is very good at its job. It hasn’t missed any important emails since it started working. It’s also 90% accurate when summarizing information in both Thai and English, which is much better than doing everything by hand.
Supattra Siripongmongkol from Finnomena Funds shared how much this helps: “In the past, our staff had to manually sift through more than 500 daily emails from 21 partners. Each member would then spend up to six hours extracting crucial details.” Now, with the AI helping, they can share accurate updates 75% faster. This new system doesn’t just work faster – it’s also making Finnomena’s service better. By freeing up time for their team, they can now focus on giving more personal advice to each customer.
