Goldman Sachs’ AI-Driven Strategy to Boost Small Business Growth
January 17, 2025 , Washington, D.C— A revolutionary partnership between Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Voices and the Bipartisan Policy Center is applying Artificial Intelligence to disrupt small business policy.
The newly released Small Business Policy Playbook presents new ways in which small business can be aided through people, costs and technology.
With the aid of AI research insights, the playbook defines the existing gaps and offers useful recommendations to equalize the business terrain for small companies. Such actions entail eliminating red tape, increasing the availability of funds, and supporting innovation to boost competitiveness.
“This playbook offers legislators specific steps they can take to enable small businesses to continue competing in this fast changing environment,”
Commented Politician Spellings, who is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bipartisan Policy Center.
The effort is complemented by a bipartisan football-type advertising and marketing campaign. The campaign uses AI-driven analytics along with Connected TV to reach out to authorities and help popularize the playbook’s implementations,

Key recommendations include:
- AI-Driven Efficient Workforce: Teaming up with the Small Business Administration to subsidize training and reskill people.
- Digitalization Support: Providing necessary access and training for the integration of AI and other tech tools to small and medium size enterprises.
- Regulatory Streamlining: Applying AI to minimize or do away with red tape procedures.
Jessica Johnson-Cope, President of Johnson Security Bureau, Inc., commented on the importance:

The Small Business Policy Playbook shows the Congress and the new administration what needs to be done legislatively for the small businesses to be able to thrive in the age of Artificial Intelligence and continue to grow and innovate.
