Sonata Software Wins $73M AI-Led Digital Deal with US TMT Giant
NEW JERSEY USA, 28TH APRIL, 2025—Sonata Software, the global leader in Modernization Engineering, announces today a digital transformation agreement for $73 million spread over five years with a major Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT) organization based in the US.
The strategic engagement will pursue innovation, operational excellence, and global scalability throughout AI-powered modernization initiatives.
Chosen for its rich engineering experience and agile delivery model, Sonata will build a dedicated AI-enabled Modernization Engineering Center in India to champion the transformation.
The program will cover platform engineering, AWS transformation, enterprise system modernization (Salesforce and Workday), cybersecurity, data services, and modern application development.
They will further automate and deploy scalable engineering best practices to facilitate the acceleration of the innovation cycles and operational agility.
