Within two weeks of launching the new experience, more than 50% of the credit union’s members had adopted the Platform. In the first six months following the launch, Texoma’s online banking transactions increased 8.9% compared to the same period during the previous year, while online banking’s share of online, branch, and phone transactions rose from 53.0% to 67.8%.
“Was it worth us converting to a new digital platform? Absolutely. 100%. I would do it again,” said Angie Ohmstede, chief operating officer at Texoma Community Credit Union. “The launch has given us a strong foundation as we continue adding capabilities to create an even more connected digital experience for our members.”

With Alkami’s Digital Banking Platform now providing the foundation, MANTL Onboarding & Account Opening will support a more streamlined account opening journey, while Alkami’s Data & Marketing Solution will help Texoma use member insights to deliver more targeted campaigns and personalized communications. With the Digital Sales & Service Platform, Texoma will connect key moments across the member lifecycle, from opening an account to managing finances and building a deeper relationship with the credit union. The expansion supports Texoma’s goal of delivering the convenience and personalization members expect while preserving the local service and community focus that distinguish the credit union.
